Part Number for a 7 bolt flex plate

Looking for the mitsu part number for a 7 bolt flex plate.

I can't find any on the aftermarket sites, so I've gotta' order one from Mitsu for a dual flex plate set up.

BTW, anyone know if AMS is still selling their dual flex plate?
