I just installed a new tranny in my car. It was rebuilt not long ago and has few miles on it. It has a high stall converter and a shift kit. When I hit about 30mph I start to get a very noticeable whirring noise all the way up to 40 or 45mph. The fluid is fresh and at the correct level so I know its not that. Any ideas? The noise is still there when parked in neutral if i rev it up, but not as noticeable as going down the road.
