Where is the best place to get a TCU rebuilt for my 1991 Plymouth Laser A/T N/T?

How much does a rebuilding a TCU cost?

The TCUs suffer from leaking caps like the ECUs do but fail destructively far more often than the ECUs. Better than half of the TCUs I've received were really dead due to the voltage regulator pumping 12v onto the output that should be 5v. Repair costs, when possible, are about what they are for an ECU.
