St. Catharines,
hey guys i drive a 1997 eagle talon fwd turbo auto... Now im thinking when i go to the track that when i brake torque my brakes will prob pull through. If i upgrade to the awd brakes and stainless steal brake lines will this be enough to hold the car stationary?

That all wont hurt, use your e-brake with what you have first though, that helped me a ton.

well i dont really want to go to the track and the brakes pull through, thats why i was wondering if the awd brakes will be enough to hold me.

If you only have a few hundred bucks, then this would be a decent upgrade for the GST people. (This is what I was going to do with mine.) But you should take a look through this thread of the photos I took comparing GSX calipers/rotors versus Evo 8 calipers/rotors.

Night n' day.

Whether or not your car will pull through the brakes depends on alot of stuff. Mainly how low in the rpm band your car makes torque. If you have a smaller turbo that spools up quite a bit at the line then you will most likely pull through the brakes but if you have a larger frame turbo that only nets about 5-7 psi then you will not, really the best way to figure it out is to do some "testing". On my personal car I had a 42r and using the brakes and e-brake I held it back just fine. Of course I only built about 7 lbs on the line and without nitrous it was a dog outa the hole.
