Alright, now i just had my trans rebuilt with a IPT overhaul kit. Got the car running today after 4 months of waiting and the transmission does the same thing it did before. Once i first start it up i will have 1st and 2nd gear but then once i drive for a few minutes i only have 2nd gear and it has trouble driving in reverse and in drive so i have to put it in L. When i got the trans back the guy that did it gave me back the old clutch packs and such and they were all glazed and warped. Now i used my friends logger today to pul the CEL and it came back as code # P1750 Solenoid assembly malfunction. Least to say i am pissed about the situtation considering i havent driven my car since april and just dropped $1300 on a trans rebuild. Could the solenoids be what is causing this? What solenoid would it be? Ive already switched TCU's and nothing has happened. I guess the car will have to sit untill the problem is fixed. Any suggestions are welcome.

Yea i saw them, 200 bucks:notgood: . What does the early and late solenoid mean, just the difference in years?

Early sol. are for up to early 92 cars. and the Late ones are for late 92 on. The ohms are different. Early ones are 13 ohm and late ones are 3 ohm solenoids. Make sure you call John and he verifies the the late ones they have on the site are also for 2g's
