Replacement Valve Body Bolts....Stripped a few..

Anyone know where i can get replacement bolts for my valve body, for some reason my tq wrench is out of whack and i stripped 3 bolts on the valve body. Can i trust bolts from a hardware store or should i get them form mitsu or chrysler or something. Thanks guys....oh also should i locktite these bolts? Thanks

I wouldn't recommend using hardware store bolts. But I think you are stuck buying a spare valve body from the junk yard. I'm pretty sure those bolts are not individually available.

I got a few from a friend that had a spare valve body. Maybe you will get lucky and find some at a local transmission shop? Good luck!

I ended up getting Stainless steel bolts and putting them in with locktite. Hope it holds, it was only a few.

You should't have used loctite. It gets all through everything.

I didnt use much, and i got the highest temp locktite i could by, was told b4 that those bolts like the back out so i put locktite
