would there have to be any motor mount mods done with this kit?

You still have to do all the typical 7 bolt to 6 bolt modifications with the motor mount, but before it was impossible to run a 6 bolt in a 2G automatic without ruining the tranny pump as there wasn't enough clearance. If your an automatic 2G guy you definitely need this kit. This is a very good product! It's basically a kit that is needed to put a 6 bolt in. It's not a complete kit to do a 6 bolt conversion, but a kit that is used to mate it to work with an automatic 2G tranny.
