I know people are always looking for a cheap wideband so I thought I would write a review on one that people don't normally go with. I decided to go with the jaw mainly ecause it was something different and reasonably cheap. I got the pre-assembled version which was about 90 bucks I didn't get the guage since I have the wideband wired to my o2 and see it on my logger. Anyway into the review kit comes with the board and the spade conectores that allow you to hook it up to the sensor. You have to make your own enclosure I used a tuperware container with a computer fan mounted in it. It came with a progamining software you can actually change the outputs to read like an lc1 if you want. It was pretty easy to wire up and install I had it in about an hour. It reads accurately. You can also make it so it can log rpms and such. Only downside I really see to it is that it doesn't come with a case and the connectors to the o2 plug can be open to the elements so you have to make sure to seal it well.
. Luckily it was small enough to be placed under the front seat. The whole setup cost me the same or a little less as an lc1 and I still have to get a guage. I just figured I would do a write up on it so that people know that there are other options. You can also make it not so ghetto by going and getting the actual harness from volkswagen and everything. Personally after messing with my friends lc1 I much prefer my jaw
