Going with an external wastegate post turbo? No problem. This guide will show you how to remove your stock wastegate flapper quickly & easily (10 minutes or less)
Tools:
-DeWalt 4.5" Grinder w/ .045 metal cutting wheel
-Hammer
-Punch of some sort (can even use an old exhaust stud)
Always be sure to follow safety precautions when working with tools, etc...
Cut off the connecting tab that sits outside of the housing-(picture 2)

Next, wedge the flapper upright. You can use whatever you'd like, I chose the handle of a hammer. Grind away 1/3 of the flapper-(picture 4)

Angle the part of the flapper that was cut towards the bottom of the housing-(picture 6)
Insert your choice of punch into the hole left from the flapper sinking down into the housing.-(picture 7)
5 Swift hits with the hammer, and you're done.-(picture 8)
