1G-specific Removing stock foglights

Removing the stock foglights on a 1Gb will allow more air to flow to the side mount intercooler, providing better cooling efficiency. It it very easy to remove them.

Tools Required
Phillips head screw driver
Ratchet
Socket set
Extension (not necessary but recommended)

Process
*I will explain this for the passenger side. You should be able to figure out how to do the drivers side from this, too.*
1. Pop the hood.
2. In the space between the headlight, you will see a small plastic bracket coming from the side marker. Remove the screw that is holding it in.
3. Take out the side marker but gently pulling towards the front of the car. Do not pull too far because there are wires connected to it and you don't want to rip them out.
4. Remove the 4 bolts holding the headlight in. There is one of the right side of the headlight by the hood latch, one at the back of the headlight on a metal bracket, and two behind where the side marker used to be.
5. Disconnect the wires attached to the headlight. There is one connected to the parking lights by where you took out the first bolt and another set of wires in the middle of the headlight near the bottom of it.
6. Remove headlight.
7. Underneath where the headlight was, you will see a set of wires connected with a plastic clip. Disconnect the clip.
8. The bracket for the foglight will be right where the clip was. There is one bolt above and one bolt below the clip. Take them out.
9. Now your foglight is loose. Just feed it out through the hole in the front bumper. It may seem impossible, but it isn't. Just stay patient.
10. Re-install the headlight and the side marker.
11. Repeat steps 1 - 10 for the drivers side.
