1995-1997 OBD-II Readiness Monitor Drive Cycles
Mitsubishis are known for their difficulty in geting some of the non-continuous readiness monitors to set to the ready state required to pass smog emissions in states that test the ECU for compliance. This TSB details the drive cycles required to get the monitors to set. I have had no success in satisfying these conditions. Hopefully you will have better luck.
