Last half as in 97-99, the last half of the 2gs??

Youve got 2 of us confused

And yes its been done, but there is a gap.

i just refer to the last half of the 2g's because the 95 and 96 i believe are dif then the 97 98 and 99 the head lights the front bumper the fog lights the spoiler...the rims and the painted gray part all around the bottom of the car thats on some of the 95 and 96's....so i just say that the second half of the 2g's are 97 98 99.......about the gap in the head lights is it on the top or the bottom?

It's near the inside points of the headlights. The 95-96 headlights were more pointy on the side that is inboard when mounted. You need the front bumper from 97-99 to fill the gaps or can fill them maybe. Personally I prefer the 95-96 stock bumper over the 97-99. The latter always had the appearance that it was missing some parts on the front or something. The 95-96 looks far more smooth and aero. IMO.

Actually, I would never consider paying to "modify" a car with OEM parts, least of all a stock bumper from the same car just a different year. Converting the front end of a 95-96 to 97-99 is the route to follow if you want to spend the least amount of money. I am still shopping around for the right style I like, but I will go with a full urethane aftermarket body kit, rather than go the poor man's route and use a 97 OEM front. Stock is stock. No one could care less if they see your aesthetically-stock eclipse...a stock front end gets zero attention and no style points for the home team.

Style AND substance. I'll have my cake and eat it too, thanks.
