I don't know but I think it's not the best place to put gauges , it's just too cluttered in the corners , I would get a gauge pod and mount it on the a-pillar , and besides , you can use bigger gauges.

they dont make it for 1g's because it blocks too much, and it doesnt go with the shape of the factory gauges. I have this for my 2g and I love it.

Also the 1g gauge cluster isn't symetrical( the same on both sides). If I'm not mistaken. You could mount a gauge on top of your steering column in a misc. gauge cup. I put my boost guage in a gauge cup and put it on the outter left hand side of the guage cluster. That probably didn't make alot of sense. However, the boost gauge isn't on the a-pillar and it is in the same line of sight as your gauge cluster (just a little further left).

Yeah, but visible to thieves and vandals, too.

Smithoid was supposed to be working on a bezel mount for 1Gs, but I think they lost interest.

And someone was putting aftermarket gauges in the factory instrument cluster, but of course I can't find them now. Goddammit.

Grab a spare cluster off eBay and have at it.

there is no reason on earth for a piece of plastic with 2 holes cut in it painted black should cost 90 bucks ... gauge pods cost way to way..
