Modifying stock 95-96 headlights/bumper

Hey guys,
i want to do the 97+bumper swap but i need the cash for college, i want to paint my headlights interior black, is there any guide to this on the net? Also how hard is it to do? What should i take in consideration when doing this?

Now regarding the bumper, my car doesn't have the fog lights and i don't plan on putting them on, i want to fill the holes, fog holes and the ones in the side(not the one that goes to the IC), i was thinking of using mesh grill but i don't know how i would go about installig it, any help would be appreciated.

Just remeber that your 95 headlights won't work with a 97+ bumper.

personally i love the smile face bumper anywho there is a tech article section on the site that explains how to do it.
