Which way does it go?

Ok guys, I've got the dreaded rattle in my passenger door. I've taken the door panel off, pulled the speaker, tightened the clip and re-installed everything. The rattles still there. But, I did find a clip, washer, and nut in the bottom of the door. Looks like it came out of the bottom of the window in the very middle. I put the plastic clip and everything back in, with the clip facing me (not on the back of the glass facing the door). Rattle's still there. Does it go the opposite way, or is there something else that tends to rattle in our doors? I've tightened and fixed everything I can think of or see. Any feedback on this?
