Well, when I bought my 2G a while ago, the antenna that plugs into the radio was kind of loose (the wire going into the end of the plug). Anyway, while changing to an aftermarket cd player, the plug became seperated from the wire. The wire isn't exactly easy to handle either. It is wire weaved around a center portion, which kind of looks like foam or something. I am wondering what I have to do to fix that. I am not exactly sure how to because the wire is difficult to repair. Any help would be great!!!!

It probably solders to the center post, and swages over the shielding. Check your phone book for an amateur radio shop, they'll be most likely to be able to help. I've never seen a repair kit for this, but they may have.
