Rims

I am looking for some rims. I have made a deal with my parents to get a set of rims for my car when they get their income tax, or what ever it is. They said nothing over $500. I'm been looking at several rims on www.wheelmax.com I don't really want anything over 17's. Although Exel RS-GT's would look nice in 18's. But they're 7.5" wide and I don't know what offset.

Of the rims you posted, it'd be a toss-up between the Radius and Maj wheels. Personally I think either would look great on your car, though I'd go with gunmetal over silver. Red car + gunmetal rims w/ polished lip =

I was looking at gunmetal. I've seen some on red 1g cars and they look good. Personally I like the look of gunmetal better. But almost my entire family says that gunmetal rims would look stupid on my car. I guess it really doesn't matter what they think since it's my car. I still have some time to think about it. I really, really like the Radius gunmetals. But I think the hyper black ones would look sweet. I really like the look of the Maj's too. Again, either gunmetal or hyper black would look cool. I still have time to think about rims. I gotta find tire's at a decent price too. I'm planning to use these rims in the summer time and use the stock wheel and hubcap that's on it right now for winter wheels. What do you think would look better, 17's or 18's? The Radius in 18's with a 1" drop would look sweet as hell. I'd have to ask about the offset since they don't advertise it. The only problem with that though is the price of tires. If anyone else has ideas or opinions please share them. I need to make my mind up on some rims and I need some help so my car doesn't look ghey.
