what bulbs to chose for headlights????

this is a small little problem ive had and was hoping you guys could help me; i was wondering which bulbs are used to get that nice blue tint/ bright blue light that i see. ive used a couple, from silverstars to cool blue, but none of them have that nice blue tint/bright blue color??

I have Cuzo HID Blue bulbs for my low beams and they give off that nice blue color. I paid $37.99 at a local aftermarket shop. I'm sure if you look you could find them for $30-$35 online.
