Tail light blackouts

I have a 95 GST and i've been looking into getting blackouts for my taillights.. I'm not sure if this is what i'm looking for or not? maybe somebody can help

It shows them on a truck, which may or may not matter, and as far as i knew the taillights are all the same from 95-99 not just 95-96
