For anyone looking for halo/angel eye projectors>>>>!!!

Well i was searching on the new visionautodynamics.com and i found halo angel eye black/chrome housing projectors, didnt know if anyone was looking for these or what not. But i think these are very sweet, and ill definately order some when i get my car. But these are for people who are need of them.....sorry if this is old news, i havent been on in a while, so please keep the flaming to a low if it is old news.

I have heard something about the high beams getting hot enough to melt the halo rings.

Ebay sometimes has projecters for the 90-91 and they have like a blue outline around them with some xenon type bulbs.

Now if only they thought about the design. The halo should be on the high beam side. You know, so you can actually see it.

I was just asking a question because the ebay listing says 86-91 Prelude, it also says 7" x 6". I was just curious regarding the depth and what not, if they fit cool

Yeah That would look hella cool but I don't see how that would be possible without doing the conversion to the 92-94 (non flip-up HL's).

Until I decide if I want to do that conversion I would be happy with the flipup Angel eye ones.

Also I have seen the flipups that only open part way when their up (for example; the white 91 talon that is featured on dsmtalk), is their something special you have to do to make them do that? Or is it a matter of modifying your front turn signals and adjusting them down

i would post a link to a thread but its easy to tell you how i did it.

step 1: open hood
step 2: look for a little cylinder shaped thing with a red cap(mine did at least)
step 3: turn the top knob until desired heigth is reached
step 4: unplug the connecters by the head lights that are for the pop up mechanisms.


all done.

what im thinking is take the whole pop up unit out, ok replace it with 2 halo projectors, kinda off set like the outter one higher than the inner, then put like plexi glass or something simular over the top, so they were enclosed, kind of like a 3000gt

Yea I feel ya. Um I would definetly be interested to see how that turned out and if its good I would probabally want to do it myself........but..........I would think you would have to use something high-temp instead of plexiglass..........something to think about.

Also when I lower my headlights down don't I have to mod my turn signals?

If you have pop-ups with sealed beams, there's a mess of European lights that'll slip right in.

no you dont have to mod your turn signals. just open your hood, adjust the red knob, take the plugs out, and close the dam hood. the only down fall is all the cops give you 2nd looks and you already flash light powered headlights have even less view.

Also to Defiant, So on those headlights on ebay I would just have to measure mine but they would probabaly fit my car even though they say for Prelude in the description.

Should be, they also sell the same lights for S-10s and gangs of others. Do a search for "Euro Angel".
