OK so i was having some problems with my brakes particulary my front left brakes, they were making a shitload of dust and they actually got down to grinding some of the rotor the point where a rust looking substance was like coming off in a powdery form after driving. well dont worry about that shit its all fixed and whatnot now but it kind of accumulated a crapload of brakedust/dirt and its really caked onto my one wheel, like my wheel looks like gunmetal when the rest are shining alloy.
i sat there for an hour with brillo pads, some kind of chrome polish cream, that rim spray that breaks up brakedust, and i got the rim like half clean but theres some spots that are so on there the only way i got them off was lightly scraping with a small file but it would scratch my rim a little bit and i dont want to mess it up. is there something really good that i could use to scrub it hard but not mess up the wheel surface, any reccomended products or anything? its really rediculus it would take me like 4 hours at my current rate to clean the 1 wheel
