Projector light bulbs

Hey guys, I was in an accident not to long ago, and found that the aftermarket projectors where cheaper than buying the stock lights from the manufacturer ($220 a pair, as opposed to $275 EACH). Anyways, I decided to get them and give them to the body shop. It wasn't until the next night that I found out the lights completely SUCK, they are not very bright and glow an ugly orange/yellow. I was wondering if they use the same bulbs as the stock lights, and if the stock bulbs could be swapped in, or maybe some aftermarket bulbs from autozone or something.
