custom box info needed

Im paying a friend to build me a custom box and i want it to fit snugg in my hatch... 93 eclipse gs (1st gen of coaurse) anyone know the exact semnsions of my hatch or where i could find them? cuz i know there is the palce for the spare tire.... i took the tire and everything out. or maybe ill make some brackets and just lay over the spare tire area. any ideas? thanks

me personally id lay over the spare tire section, if this going to be a FG job, but try edmunds.com for the dimensions
