Modifying My Bumper

Anyone know a fiberglass kinda material that will work on my stock bumper?

my car got backed into yesturday morning so i picked up a 97-98 talon bumper from a local. ive had the 97-99 eclipse lights, so i figure while im sanding the new bumper, might as well make those lights fit up.

as much as i search, i cant find a material. i know fiberglass will just crack off when the bumper moves. any thoughts?

3 m makes a urathane repair substance called SCOTCH WELD, we use it at the shop on wrecks, it is a two part system and after it dries will bond urethane together as good as new, i have used it to completely build small sections of bumpers that were torn off after people have hit stuff, works well but very expensive, looks like 2 tubes of silicon and you have to have a special caulk gun....

I've successfully applied fiberglass to the stock factory bumper, but the problem is that the edges get very fragile.
