i am going to be getting an a/f gauge soon but i dont want to mount it in my pillar with the rest of the gauges, i want to mount it in the cigarette lighter instead. i know a couple of people have done this and i was wondering how much it would cost to have a shop do it for me? thanks:dsm:

i put my nos pressure there, not to hard to do, at my shop i think i would only charge about an hour to do that, 48.00

don't know how much it would cost for a shop to do it but you could easily do it yourself and save the money. Just get a dremel tool and start to grind away. Only take a little off at a time and put the guage up to the hole to see how much further you need to go.

i like the idea, but dont waste your money on an A/F gauge. all it does is blink at absolutely nothing. its a pure waste. my car was running dangerously lean and the shit would be in the solid green. spend the money and get something accurate. get an egt. just my 2 cents.

im gettin an egt too once i get the nitrous, that gauge will go in the pillar. i always hear mixed things on the af tho. some people say it does work and others like yourself say its pointless. i just think itd be a cool custom thing to do more than anything. thanks for all the help guys:dsm:
