That is untrue. My 18" chrome 3000GT wheels with tires weigh in at 52lbs. My Snow tires(stock 16s 3000GT with Blizzaks) weigh in at 47lbs. The Blizzaks are heavy also. I think with 205/55/16s the combo would be 43lbs, or less.

205/55/16s generally weigh 3-5lbs less than 225/55/16

There are NA eclipses with 16s... so I dont think its going to be a problem

Doh, you shouldnt post the link. The more people know about it, the more they could bid against you

I like the wheels 3000GT wheels on the eclipse, it looks bad on the 3000, cause the 3000 is a bigger car. The eclipse is smaller and uses lower profile tires.

Oh, if you are wondering, I dont have 18s on my Eclipse. I have a 3000GT also, which is where my 18s are =)

I don't care if other people bid. My dads being an asshole right now. So I can't get them anyways. I'm thinking about saving my money and getting a pair of 2g 16x6 rims and tires. I dunno though.
