Does anyone have any idea if a factory "add on" cd player off a 95 talon will plug into a 94 talon factory receiver? I know that right now I have the "add on" cassette player. Does anyone know if the plug size is the same, or if a factory cd player will work on a 94 talon?

I'm pretty sure you're out of luck there, but it's easy enough to work on and find out. The later radios go for nothing, the early ones even less. Keep an eye on eBay, I've seen the 1G CD players show up. However, I don't know if they'll be happy with a burned CD.

gaaaah, I hate the Chrysler wiring diagrams, and the Mits aren't much better. Only off my memory, I _believe_ the connectors are different across the generations, but you could get around that with stereo adapters soldered together without having to bzorp the factory harness.

If I get some minutes free, I'll try to find the diagram for you.

One rather odd feature of the Mits radios is that they ground through the chassis instead of having a ground wire.
