my area has plenty of nice cars and once in a while cars do get stolen.
my 66 stang was stolen a while back. and my dad offered to get me a good alarm system so ill go all out:thumb: .
but i had a good system in mind a viper its like 800bux i think.
and i had the switches in mind.

viper is like 200-300 for the best model they make, i personally bought a 75$ crimestopper , lowers ur insurance 10%, has a 1/4 mile range, sounds tight, actually works right, and remote start.

If installed by an authorized dealer DEI(viper) will pay your insurance deductible if your vehicle gets stolen. If you are not looking to protect against content theft, just vehicle theft, a hidden starter/fuel pump switch(as stated above) will stop nearly any thief, no matter how good they are.And at about a $2 price tag.

i think i will get a bigger gun.
and a tower to post up on.

two grand.... sentinal robots programmed to annihilate anything that touches your car in an unfriendly manner. then the sentinals would take the bodies to another universe. then the sentinals would return to your car. oh yea the sentinals have cloaking sheilds so as not to be seen by car theives. oh yea the sentinals also have the voice of arnold swartzenegger in his T2 role. email me and i can get you a discount.

get a dog ---
if they want it .....they will take it.. NO alarm can stop 100% .
i had a viper alarm on my car.. they stole it no prob. I then installed a switch on the pump -- somone tryed to get it again, and failed. a really WELL hiden switch is the best defence IMHO

any one here know how to install a switch?????????
or know of a guide on how to do it?????????
if some1 here knows it would b a good idea to make a guide and post it up......
will help alot of us out.

thanx 4 the replies

A switch to the LOW current side of your fuel pump relay or if your vehicle is a stick, the easiest way is to run a switch to your clutch safety switch.Integrity of your connections is very important, you don't want to prevent yourself from starting your own vehicle.I'll post some instructions and wire colors sometime soon.If you get a VIPER, just get the lower priced unit over the $800 one, they both basically protect the same things(Doors, shock,Ign kill). The $800 one just a lot more stuff to show off.

Well, publicly posting kill switch ideas on the web might not be the brightest idea.

Just keep in mind you want to control your fuel pump, or the ignition, or there's that factory clutch switch.... and go with those ideas.

Good point.I suppose it would be the same as a "How to defeat kill switches" post.
