looks great, best looking 95-96 headlights i think ive ever seen :) i really like that, what did you use to do it?

ok i went to pep boyz and bout the cheapest black primer you could get. like 2.49 for a big can. you only need one can to spray the two headlights.

to paint them black you need to take you headlights out, take out the bulbs, and the metal clips on the headlghts. then place the headlights into the oven for about 4 minutes at 300 degrees ferenheit. after the 4 minutes take the headlights out and pry the clear housing off with a screw driver, the silicon like substance that holds the clear plastic to the housings expands and is more malleable after you heat it up.

after you paint the innerts; to put the clear covers back on stick the housing and the clear cover togeather (they wont fit perfect) stick them back in the over for about 3 minutes at 300 degrees. after you pull them out it will be ALOT easier to push them togeather properly.

i took a couple of pictures during the process, i will post those later on

So what about those pics? Did you clear the corners out at the same time you did the black?
