Anyone know where I can get chrome hood insulation?

I have seen many show cars with the chrome and polished aluminum hood insulation and was wondering if anyone knew where i could get it from. Also, is it easy to custom make?

HAHA. No the cheap crap Walmart sells is not what I am talking about. I guess i will have to custom make it...if i do, would anyone else want me to make them one? If so, what would be a reasonable price for me to ask?

why not do something origional like this

that chrome reflective stuff that you are talking about is pretty cool....however everyone has it and everytime i see it there are always flaws in the cutting because it is not a mold...it is a long roll of it that you have to cut...its a block or more....looks good from a block or more awy

How'd you do that? Is that the stock insulation just painted?

yeah i just got a new one from the dealer since mine was all munked up and painted it with high head stuff......looks good from the pics ive seen since i havent seen my car
