Well I decided to go with these they are just basically connected to the cluster gauges. They are a little to bright though, maybe I can put a resistor, can this be done? what resistance should I put. So what do ya think.

Dont u have a dash dimmer switch?try hooking it up thru the dimmer switch.

i think if you want to change the brightness of the climate control, try hooking up a potentiometer inline with the power wire. Its basically a knob that has a resistor built in and as you turn the knob, resistance goes either up or down.

^^that is exactly what your dashes Dimmer swicht does^^

Yea I thought about the tint thing but there would be a glare or light reflecting night and day and It won't really go with the whole look oh well guess Im going to try the dimmer switch which Im sure thats where I hooked it up to, but not sure I just grabbed any wire that had current on it whenever I turned the lights. thanks for the input guys

i dont think they will function with resitance.. mine are hooked up to the dimmer , and when ya dim - they just flicker

im not sure how you wired it then. or what line you tapped because when i installed over lays i kept the overlays dimmer switch, and then i also hooked it up for power wire into the back of the dimmer switches output and that way dimmer controls it.
