Anyone able to put a CarbonFiber Predator Hood on a turbo

Ok heres the problem... I was looking for a carbon fiber predator hood for my 97 GSX. Now NOPI.com accually has a CF Predator hood but only for non turbo. I ve seen Those hoods on GSX's before but i dont know if they had something to there engine done so they could fit it. If anyone knows please help me out or if you know where a urbo fitted CF predator hood is let me know. Thanks

You either have to remove the cam gear cover or trim the hood.

Yes, all you have to do is remove the cam gear cover. Personally I think that is a bad idea. Remember Murphy's Law.

Yeah, not the best course of action to take off the cam gear cover. Why not just go OEM CF hood, still looks badass.

I have actually seen these types of hoods for turbo 2Gs...

Im not sure but i believe these hoods will fit on a turbo 2G

wouldn't you have the cam cover off if you were using adj. cam gears?

only on the dyno, or if you had a 4g64, not 100% on that one but I'll know soon enough
