making things perdy, colored hoses....

Anyone know where I can get red colored hoses for my car? My money is too low right now for me to do any big mods and I get bored easily so I've been doin dumb lil things like painting my valve cover and cleaning as much outa my engine bay as I can. I want to change the hoses to red hoses. like in this pic:

Look on JCWhitney in the sport compact section. They've got both colored silicone hoses AND wire loom.

Just get the "kit" for $19.95, it includes a length of each size offered. I bought a blue one and had way more than enough to do everything my little heart desired. I also got a blue wire loom kit there that included a length of each different diameter loom...to cover all the wires, and other stuff you can't do with the silicone hose.

Sears Hardware has red air compressor hose in 1/2", 3/8" and 1/4". I used the 1/2" for a catch can and it looks good. L33T. It was only $.33/ft so I'd say it's a hell of a deal.

hmmmm whats the diff between regular hoses and the silicone hoses in that link i pasted above?

Did you see the "kit" jcwhitney has...a length of EACH diameter hose and only like $20. That's what I got and I had more than enough left over after re-doing everything I could think of. It'd be easier than buying each size seperatley atleast.

I have no idea but the hose I bought had the chord sandwiched between two layers of rubber just like normal heater hose but with the snazzy red coating on it. Also I couldn't imagine buying all the lengths and diameters would even come close to $20 but hey, $20 isn't that much to spend.
