Does anyone know what this kit is?

I saw this on a Japanese website and it doesnt say (in english) what the kit is. It looks to me like its just a front lip for the 95-96's. I think that would look awsome on the 95-96's casue we dont have any front lips avaliable.

Oh, and does anyone know where to get the amber taillights for the 2gs execpt for Machv?
