Hey, my black car has a lot of swirls in, and a few scratchs nothing to big. Anyways I need to get rid of these. I'm thinkg about buying this kit for a cordless drill.

Do you think its worth it? I want to accully get rid of the swirls not just cover them up and this seems like a lot cheaper alternative than a shop or something. I've totaled up over a $100 bill though with the ploshing shit, clawbar kit, wax all that other car. but i need to do something because the paint on my car right now just really sucks.

I would shy away from using simple orbital polishers. I would get a random-orbital polisher, because they minimize swirls, but hey, for 50 bucks, go ahead and try it on your car. Most cordless drills operate in the 600RPM range. I don't know about how well the batteries will last for doing a whole car, though, but worth a shot, right?

Well i don't think it can have any more swirls on my car than there is right now. its horrible. drills shouldn't be a problem we have like 3 or 4 around here with a couple of different chargers. but i don't even have a job and $100 bill on paint care shit is a lot for me. Unless someone on the board has heard something bad about it i think i might give it a shot though because something has to be done and it will take forever by hand
