Stock foglight connector, but no foglights?

I got some foglights the other day from a junkyarded talon for $5 each, and they work (not sure if they are stock or not). Anyway, I mounted them the first day because they look good even when they're not on. I bought a wiring kit from farm and fleet, but when I started to put it in, I noticed the connectors in the foglight area. Are those indeed foglight connectors? and if so, how do I get them to turn on??

You will need to get a fog light switch to go in your dash. It is the middle control on the left side of your dash below the manual pop-up light button.

And a relay, and fuse.
