I must have these gauges, and the search only turned up 2g reverse indiglos!

I'm also looking for a piece like the one in this picture(the one the red arrow is pointing to!) I need a flat piece there to mount some switches for certain police defeating equipment that I'm planning on enstalling

For the gauges, check ebay.

The rest looks very custom. Kinda weird since it looks it's got a kickass AV setup but he gutted the HVAC.... sound, but no air.

I got SKU: MIT-ECP-9094-SVXX-XXTB-RVGX They look awesome.....
They have some like you are looking for. They also have the carbon fiber cluster bezel SKU: EAG-TAL-9094-XXCF-XXXX-BEZ2.
It's possible the other carbon fiber parts are just carbo fiber looking tape, since he has it on the part below the stereo and also on the sides of monitor.
