I was wondering how many stock light bulbs there are behind the HVAC, (Emergency lights, Defroster, & Rear Wiper), and the cruise control...i couldn't get the vent section out to look behind it...and i couldn't get the HVAC out...i have no clue how to...someone please help...i need to know how to get to them, and how many bulbs to order...thanks...and yes i know about Jaybone

I just pulled mine out...it's easy enough to do. The HVAC is a bi*** to get out of the dash, and I don't recommend it unless you have patience and, well, balls.

The HVAC only has one bulb from what I saw, and the others about one or two each. Cruise control has 3, and I haven't messed with the power windows yet. Just pull it apart and see...it came out pretty easy for me...just used a flat head and pryed it out (carefully) for both panels, but the hvac you have to do ALOT to get it out.

to get the ac out, pull of the center trim with a flathead... then disconnect the cable that rus on the right side of the vents, then the vents and trim should come right out
hvac = 1
cruise control = 3
ac snowflake thinger = 1
cigarette lighter = 1
ashtray = 1
hazard = 1
rear defrost = 1

I just did all my switches. The cruise control switch had three bulbs. Two 3mm leds and one screw in bulb. I put a blue led in the place of the bulb but I havent found blue 3mm leds yet to replace to other 2.

I just took my HVAC out, to get the HVAC out really isn't that hard. There's 3 cables you have to disconnect. It's easiset if you take out the glove box and of course the radio and the panel around it. First I think there's 4 or 5 retaining screws, unscrew those. Then follow the 3 cables from the back of the HVAC to where they go. The one on the left goes to the driver's side almost exactly to the left of the gas pedal if you're looking straight at it from the driver's seat. The middle one goes almost straight behind the HVAC that one's tough to get out. You have to go through the compartment where the glove box was to get that one. The third one is on the left side of the glove box compartment and it's pretty easy. The first cable you have to push in a little button on the pin for it to come off. The other too just pop off. After you disconnect all three of those and take out the screws, there are two clip like things that are holding it in on the left side looking straight at it. You can just clip those off they're only used for installation at the factory. Hope that helps you out. If you need anything else let me know.
