Indiglo wire installation

So I just got my gauges after waiting 3 weeks for them to ship and I install them on my car. The glow doesn't work. So here's the question. I have black wire and a red wire coming from the black relay box for the gauges. I tried running the wires from fuses, the cigarette lighter, and straight from the battery. Nothing. Please help.

take out yoru guage cluster, pop your hood. Go directly hook the red wire to the postitive on your battery, and the black to the negative. And see if they work.

well, if they dont work after that, I guess its time to email the vendor. (You did play with the dimmer dial right?)

I did hook it straight up to the battery and I did play with the dimmer switch so I'm thinking it's a problem that won't be fixed until I get new ones. Thanks though.

I had the same problem with my first set. Find a trash can and put them in there. Order new set. www.speedhut.com also sells just the dimmer and epicenter part if you need that.

How long are EL gauges lasting before burnout, any feedback?
