anyone good with a/v stuff, i need help

i just got my dvd player hooked up and it was working perfectly, full color and all... now its only playing in black and white, ive reset all the options back to factory and still nothing...is there any reason it would switch to black and white all the sudden?

are you sure its not the TV thats messed up

Sound like the monitor to me, does it only do it on the

i dont know, maybe it is the monitor, ill try something else tomorrow,
i had my ps2 hooked up to it before and it was perfect.... not that i think about it when its in tv tuner mode(my dvdplayer) there is a green screen that shows up... so it does show color... that means it cant be the monitor. I just tried watching minority report and it was perfect, color and all for about 10 minutes, then it just went to black and white...i really hope i can get this problem solved...
