is there a way i can run 6 speakres off my deck. i was thinking of splicing the rear positives and negatives to 4 speakres, and then the orginal 2 normal int he front. would tha twork?

i am planning on getting an amp but i wanna do this until i get the time and money to put an amp in. this wont hurt my deck or anythig wil it?

I would strongly recommend against running 6 speakers on a 4 channel deck. When you raise or lower the ohm impedence on your deck's built-in amp you risk blowing it. You could, however, get a component system (tweeter, mid, and crossover) for the front stage and then running some full range speakers in the rear. This would technically be a 6 speaker system, and perfectly safe for any 4 channel deck considering the use of the included crossover with the component set, plus it will sound good.

Which would be a good indication that you should just get a professional to work on your car audio and not mess it up yourself.:p
