Wow! Freak me out!I was doing a search on my passenger door problem and I found this older post from Feb. 03
It is the exact problem I discovered this afternoon on my 1992 Eagle Talon.
I was opening the passenger door to clean out the floor board and the door was real hard to open. I shut the door part way and re- opened the door to a "rusty scrubing" sound. I thought the hinge was rusting and needed some grease or oil. Then I discoverd I had Crushed the rear of the front fender in about two freakin inches!
Is there a auto body tech on this board that knows why this would happen out of the blue?
I pryed the fender back out, so the car doesn't look wrecked, but the door still doesn't open correctly without interfernce on the fender, why now I wonder?
Thank you for your time.
Billy.
