Exhaust Rattle

Installed my Apexi N1 Catback and....... whenever I turn the car on or let off the gas, there is a rattle...

DC thinks it may be the heatsheild, but I never touched the heatsheild. Ideas please, it's really annoying.

(BTW, all bolts are tight obviously)

Mine rattles too, I found out that the flange for the test pipe keeps hitting the drive shaft mount. Yours obviousley wouldn't be hitting a driveshaft, but are any of the flanges close to anything? or maybe a loose clamp?

hi,im also considering an Apexi N1,But my 2g has the 4g63 nt insde(Eurospec) and not the 420a.Should i order a Apexi N1 for a 2g nt or a 2g 4g63 Turbo? Does it matter?will everything hook up?

And it would be nice if someone posted a pic of the N1 under a 420a and a pic of one under a 2g gst so i could c the difference(if any?)

and does any one have a Wav file of how the N1 sounds like??

Ps this is important,Because i cant ship anything all the way back to the states if the part is wrong,then ill be stuck wid something i cant use.

I bought a 5ZiGen Fireball exausht, and whenever I'd deaccel or accel it sounded like it was rattling, I poped open the trunk to find that a piece on the spare tire (in the center where there is a thumb screw) was rattling... turned out to be that.

My friends S2000 got rear-ended and one of his HKS mufflers rattles. The pipe inside the muffler had broke loose on one end.

Fixed the rattle, just a loose bolt that prolly heated up after runnin the car a few days
