Neons??

What color neons should i stick on the bottoms of my car?? the talon is red and a 1st gen and i dont want red neons.. already got that on my stealth gimme ur opinion of what would look good

i really don't udnerstand why everyone is hatin' on neons... there's nothing wrong with them if done well. What i mean is, as long as you can't see the neon tubes.

if you wanna make fun of something then make fun of automatics, cheap indiglo guage layovers, and those cheap xenon knock-off headlight bulbs that look the super cool purple, blue or whatever else is so "in style".

I'd go with blue. You could color-match your interior so it won't look too out of sync.
As for my thoughts on neons...eh, I'm not that crazy about them. Suprisingly, it's one so-called rice mod I'm not into. kinda like I'm not into heavy ice. Nice stereo with some amps would do me just fine. Kinda the same with neons, try 'n keep it simple. Don't spread it into your interior or around your license plate.

Blue is actually the one color that is illegal in all 50 states. Impersonating a police officer carries a nice fine.

my friend has blue neons under his car and he's never once been pulled over for them... he was pulled over for have blue turn signals but that was it. I don't believe have blue neons under your car constitutes as impersonating a police officer/vehicle.

i dont understand why everyone is hatin on him for wanting neons. neons are great for showing your car off. i have a silver spyder with street glow blue neons and ive had so many compliments. but on your color, if its red, my friend has a red ranger with white STREET GLOW GOLD SERIES(only the best) and they are the brightest neons street glow produces, and its different. good luck

my uncles a sheriff in coweta county GA and its not illegal for having blue or red neons in any of the 50 states, the only thing is if there on a switch and your flashing them. also, strobe lights are illegal and carry a nice fine for police officer impressions. so do blue back up lights, that one i didnt understand, but i still didnt take them out.

Hmmmmmmm... I'm gonna have to check local laws here in FL and see... because when I bought them they told me that it differed from state to state and that YES they were illegal to have on while driving, in FL anyway!!!!

Neons can look nice if done right. Since my NT is going to become a show car once the Laser is running, I have considered neons. Probably white. I've always liked them. I really don't care that they were just a fad back in '95. I'll bring them bitches back.

Any blue or red lights in or outside your vehicle are illegal if you car is considered in motion. Some cops will be assholes if you're just rolling through a parking lot to a meet or something and try to bust you, others don't give one flying fok.

You just can't have them on while in motion. If you do the fuzz will get you. Idiots like me get distracted while watching your car glow by. Then I hit another car. That is why they don't let you have 'em on. At least thats why in South Carolina

well, i just got back from florida with my neons on at night the whole time, passed about 3 cops with no problem. which in GA they wont give me a problem anyways. the only thing ive been asked to turn off or take out where my strobe lights(which i was going to cut them off when i got out of the parking lot) and i was asked to take my back up lights out, have i??? NO. blue and red are not illegal IN GEORGIA if tubes cannot be seen and are not flashing that is.
