1G bodykit

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

I have found a few different body kits to fit 1st gens. The body kits at Andysautosport are a lot more expensive than others identical to the dragon z. I have different web sites I would suggest going to before buying one from them. I don't know them off the top of my head so if you want them e-mail me [email protected]. I would look on ebay for them too. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM XTRSPEED.COM. We ordered a body kit from them in late April and had to cancel the order in mid July because we hadn't recieved it yet.

Are there any body kits for the 1G that are plain and simple looking? Something like how the stock 2G (I forget the year, I think it's 97+ but it's the one with the big intercooler hole everybody loves) looks.

I don't like the scoops, and chins, and unnecessarity. I'm just wondering if there's a way to make my car look a little different. and not, uh *coughcoughbuttuglycough* :)

Also, please no arguments about how 1g's are ugly, or bodykits are rice or whatnot. We've all heard it already.

I have the Laser, so it's a little different anyway.

Look at Xenon kit for 1G (pre 92) models. Its very simple.

sup i got a 92 talon and its so hard to find a kit for my car cause i have different tail lights and license plate location the only kits that i know of that are ok are the drift kit and the dragon z kit at www.importezine.com

newlogic thank you so soo much for posting that asylumms site i found what ive been looking for it had a blitz kit on it thanks ive wanted a blitz kit for it so bad im ordering it tommarow

Um..where's the 2.0 performance issue in this thread? BTW 1g's do not need body kits cause they are ugly and no one can change that. They can make em only more ugly. UGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! www.riceboy.com it is!

turbo i dont know about u man but they are ugly only if u want them to be for example that veilside looking kit for 1g's ughh but drift is kool for 92-94 but it fits like ass. and the neo front bumber thats unpainted on da asylums website is sick on 1g's a dude theres a guy in in the gallery area with 1 pic of the car. Now tell me thats ugly it's sick but it has a cb fiber hood. Or you guys can go for da clean stock look just paint the car my friends matt has a 91 gsx with stock body, nice white paint and i can truly say what makes his car bad ass is his front mount sitttin perfectly on the two bar front grill. It is really fast and good looking a good combo most inexperienced people mistake his car for having a body kit and he hasn't spent a penny on extra body parts.

OH yeah what is this doing in the turbo forum

It's all the matter of taste. I love how my GSX looks (but I don't like GST as much). I don't even plan on getting a bodykit if I can cram Saab FMIC into stock bumper :D

But most of those body kits look like booty to me. I like the clean stock :dsm: look. I've seen some decent rear bumper kits, but the fronts... Upchuck City.

Far all of ou guys (like me) who can't look at WingsWest bodykits for 1G DSM without tears (or puking): Just came across this awesome kit for 92-94 (will fit 90-91 with minor mod to headlight area)

http://www.andysautosport.com/mitsubishi.html

Going there today to check it out in person....I'm way too excited

wings west never made a 1g kit so what are you talking about, and if they did it would've been back in the day and looked just like that one.

that is the worst kit u can get for a 1b DSM...god dam....

exactly

800 bucks holy sh*t , in my opinion they are awesome on that car, i just have mine painted somewhat like that, anywhere you could find those tail lights used meaning not cost that damn much

haha, yea in japan. those are off a r33 SKYLINE. as in a car we don't get. just wanted to make sure i was clear on that.

I'd be interested to see what the Altezza/Euro taillights end up looking like for the Talon. They will probably be pricy, since the assembly is so large though.

check out the andy's auto sport site.

but if you must see, look at this and use some imagination.
