3rd brake light ????

do they make a clear brake light mod for the 97-99 spyder. i know they do for the 00+++ eclipse??? hook me up if you know they do or if i can get one made.

I dont think Ive ever seen them anywere. However if you are crafty at all you could more than likely make one yourself..

Im not sure what they 3rd brake lights look like on a spyder, but I made clear front corner lenses out of that plastic sheeting for flourescent lights in suspended ceilings. www.pbase.com/str8ballin should have some pics (the avenger)

i remember i saw a clear or smoked break lamp before while i was looking around at different eclipse vendor sites. i think it was wings west or kaminari.com. hope this helps or atleasts keeps hope alive.

Anyone come up with an answer on this one? I have been looking and also cannot come up with a clear 3rd brake light for a Spyder.

Creed32 did you try the flourescent light cover trick?

Just an FYI for the racers out there. I cut the wires on my third brake light and ran it to a toggle switch for the track. At night they require you to run with your running lights on. I thought this was a good idea when I saw these guys bolting down flashlights in there rear windows.
