Has anyone tried shaving the keyhole on the center taillight section themselves? I had planed on sandind the surfaces, using 5-min epoxy to secure a small plastic peice to the back of the hole, and then filling it to the top with bondo, and then sand it again and have it painted in a shop. Will that work? Should I just have a bodyshop do it all? I have a little experience with bondo. Thanks.

off topic but didn't you wreck that thing
Actually I'll need to update my gallery. I replaced it w/ a '98 Silver GST 5-spd (last one was an auto) :) My insurance rates will suck, but I'm working now so it's all good.

Eclipse_TX, what would you recommend using? I figured you'd have to use some kind of body filler...

Just fill the entire thing with Bondo...it's such a small hole it really won't make a difference what you use.

I can't beleive that hole bothers you enough to actually spend time fixing it. See, me I'd probably put a circular red sticker over it:thumb:
