Installing a factory CD player... SEE PIC!

I have 92 Talon with basic radio and cassette. Can I install a 93 eclipse factory radio CD player? I know they are the same size and fit in the slots but are the plugs the same making the install as simple as "PLUG and PLAY"?
The new CD setup I'm looking at is attached.

is the radio and casset like the radio and casset part on the pic? If so than it would be plug and play. If not, i think it still would be, but you can go to wall mart are something and get the plug setup for it.
