Hks Turbo Timer

I wasnt too sure where do post my question but i guess here is good.. I just bought a black us spec type 1 turbo timer from HKS. I read somewhere that the only security featuyre that it has is that if you leave the car you put the parking break on. THen if someone comes in and releases the parking brake the engine goes off...alot of people drive with hte parking break on accident. It is possible to still drive with the parking break on. I just wanted to know if anyone knows what the security features are on my turbo itmer...thanks

There not going to get that far, the steering lock won't let them steer and by the time they get into the car after you left they will only have about 30sec. tops. and most other TT's don't do much else. If you really woried about it get a alarm.

i have an alarm how will that od ne thing to stop them from driving with the ebrake..though....i wouldnt be so worried but i live in the ghetto so i need to worry....lata

i have the same TT... and I think that it also has a MPH security feature... wont let the car go past a certain MPH (2 i think).. im not too sure, ive never had this problem and I've had it for over a year.

... but then again I have an alarm

because it has TONz of FUN features!

where did you get yours from how much did you pay? where else do oyu wire those three wires except the parking break i already have the harness plugged into the ignition but now i cant figure out where they go
