Is the 97 talon headlights the same as the 96 eclipse headlights?can I put 96 Eclipse headlights on my 97 talon without doing any mods?

No they are not the same, I dont know which years are bigger or smaller but i can tell you that the 95-96 are different than the 97-99.

yes they are the same only the eclipse changed headlights from 97-99 but the talon headlights are the same for all of the years.

Yes. However, that last bolt is a pain. Talons never got the later headlights.
